The Challenge
Managing a food and retail business for a business owner with multiple stores and even more employees across various locations is a venture easier dreamt than executed. A number of such business owners experience tremendous trouble in making sure all their stores are well managed, have enough employees, have customers that are well looked after and whose needs are properly met.
Objective
Create an application to enable such business owners help manage their stores from inventory, and customer to products and orders on a single platform.

Infinia Retail
To design an iOS, Android and Cloud based POS system that enables brick & mortar retailers to manage their physical stores and to sell online without actually investing a lot in technology. It has to support unified commerce (omni-channel) single view of inventory, customer, products and orders.
Infinia Restaurant
To design an Android and Cloud based POS system that enables restaurants to manage their digital Menus and take orders directly on tablets. The POS system should also maintain customers and loyalty programs. It should also be able to take payments in the form of Cash, Bank Card or Credit Card.
Infinia Warehouse
To understand the pain points of Warehouse personnel in different Warehouse process and come with a design solution that can save time in the otherwise complex process.
